About Gianfranco

Gianfranco, originally from Italy, moved to Santa Teresa in 2010. The beautiful beaches and amazing people from all over the world have kept him here. Before moving to Santa Teresa, Gian studied at the University of Genova, specializing in architecture, engineering, construction management, and historic restoration. After college, he worked for a large construction company as an engineer, overseeing the build of an apartment complex, multilevel garage, and public park. After starting his own company, he focused on houses and restoration projects. 

Moving to Costa Rica has allowed Gian to explore tropical construction. He loves to showcase the beautiful vistas, indoor/ outdoor living concepts, and building with nature.
